We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Retro Fitness team. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives at the local level to drive membership growth, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen community engagement. This in an on-site position based at the Retro Fitness Support Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
· Local Store Marketing:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each Retro Fitness location.
o Collaborate with franchisees, field operations team, and their respective club managers to identify and activate local marketing opportunities with business goals and objectives.
o Leverage market research to identify local trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.
· Brand Promotion:
o Execute brand campaigns at the local level to enhance Retro Fitness visibility and awareness.
o Manager and implement promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to drive brand recognition within the community.
· Digital Marketing:
o Assist local franchisees in development of local digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, mobile app, local website updates, and online advertising.
o Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Community Engagement:
o Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
o Organize and participate in community events to foster Retro Fitness involvement and showcase the brand's commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
· Collaboration and Training:
o Work closely with franchise owners, gym managers, and staff to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives within assigned region (approximately 40-50 franchisees).
o Provide training and support to on-site teams to enhance their understanding of marketing strategies and local promotions.
· New Store Openings:
o Serve a crucial role in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives for new Retro Fitness club openings.
o Collaborate with corporate teams, franchise owners, and local club teams to create impactful pre-sale, grand opening, and post-opening marketing campaigns.
o Oversee the development of marketing plans, including advertising strategies, promotional events, and community outreach, to generate excitement and awareness leading up to and during the opening phase.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 2-3 years experience in field marketing, preferably in the fitness, restaurant or retail industry. Franchise experience strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willing and able to travel 6-8 days per month throughout the assigned region to assist franchisees and local marketing efforts.
