The District Manager will ensure that members receive the highest quality of service and facilities, as well as lead, motivate, and manage their club leaders. This role will exhibit an ability to achieve the financial targets for the clubs they oversee as outlined in the annual budget by motivating, leading, supervising, and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing our members’ needs.

Experience Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred or related business experience.
  • 3-5+ years of management experience required.
  • Multi-site leadership experience
  • Success in building and maintaining effective and efficient teams

Professional Responsibilities:Operations
  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the members and employees.
  • Coach and develop Club Managers and create succession plans to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure the club meets brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Manages execution of day-to-day club operations Holds team accountable to Fitness Connection systems and
  • standards
  • Provide feedback and support around club appearance & maintenance.
  • Ensures consistent retail program execution.
  • Offers consultation and recommendations to club managers on overcoming operations challenges
  • Ensure visible maintenance items are repaired promptly and proper signage is posted.
  • Oversee expense goals by managing payroll and general and administrative expenses.
  • Keep current in knowledge of key competitors.
  • Perform brand excellence reviews.
  • Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
 
Finances/Budgeting
  • Ensures revenue and expense goals are met Manages club operating budgets.
  • Facilitates forward-looking club plans.
  • Review club schedules to ensure accurate coverage and efficient use of labor hours.
  • Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives.
  • Analyzes business trends and data to assess and improve area performance, both operationally and financially
 
Sales
  • Achieve desired revenue goals in the following profit centers:
     
    • Membership
  •  
    • Personal Training
  •  
    • Retail & Merchandising
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
