Retro Fitness is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our collaborative team in West Palm Beach, FL.

About the role:
Reporting to the Controller, the Payroll Clerk will conduct payroll for multi-unit locations.
What you’ll do:
Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data.
Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information such as job title changes and/or pay increases.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
Enter and record payroll using ADP RUN or ADP Total Source
Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
Light bookkeeping
Our ideal candidate:
Education and Experience
5 plus years of previous relevant experience including some bookkeeping and general ledger knowledge.
Experience using QuickBooks online and desktop.
Abilities and Skills
Clear and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines as required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a solution-based work environment.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels common in a small business environment.
