This is a Pre-Sales position that has the opportunity to transition into a Member Experience role if expectations have exceeded for our brand new gym located in Cambridge, MA once it opens in Spring/Summer 2024!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive upbeat personality.
- Effective ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and owners.
- The ability to multitask.
- High-volume sales experience.
- Punctual, responsible and detail oriented.
- Prior experience in a gym/retail setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting prospects with energy and excitement.
- Membership sales.
- Prospect follow-up utilizing email, phone call and text messaging.
- Utilizing a prospect management system.
- Full knowledge of all memberships and services being sold.
- Outside sales, gorilla marketing and prospecting.
- Opening and closing the preview center if scheduled.
- Following company policies and procedures.
- Complete all online (Retro University) training.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift at preview center to ensure proper planning.
- Must be in full uniform - full branding of company staff shirt along with khaki pants/black athletic pants.
- Sneakers must be worn only.
- Sales staff should be groomed and neat.
- Keep a sense of urgency and hustle with every customer.
- Make eye contact, be courteous, genuine and enthusiastic.
*Please note we will be outside everyday when weather permits!*
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
