What we are looking for:
Located in our West Palm Beach, FL office the Corporate Account Manager is responsible B2B sales to employers with the target of enrolling employees in the Retro Fitness wellness program. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the sales process and account management beyond the initial sale through outstanding customer service and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing in assigned markets through innovative and persistent searches and networking
- Account management and maintenance of all leads, sales activity, client information, and communication
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual demonstration meetings with prospects to identify sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Continuously provide strategic plans for developing your B2B
- Drive feedback and bring insights from client meetings and internal meetings to help close deals, help the company scale, and drive higher client retention
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Retro Fitness’s products and services, and those of our competitor
The ideal candidate
- 2 or more years of demonstrated success in building and growing new accounts and territories through consultative and solution-based B2B selling
- Understands how to navigate large, complex enterprise organizations strategically and effectively
- Skills needed to frequently cold call, negotiate, and influence
- Ability to provide written communication in the form of proposals, PowerPoints
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, strong organization, and presentation skills
- Maintain community and club relationships
