The Cleaning Professional will ensure that members receive the highest quality of cleanliness throughout the facilities. This role is the face of the gym floor; you are the person a member sees when he or she is working out inside the facility. It is important that this person has a friendly demeanor with a great eye for detail. The Cleaning Professional is responsible for the overall upkeep of the fitness floor, equipment, restrooms, surrounding areas, walls & mirrors.

Job Expectations:

Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
Arrive for your shift in full uniform: brand approved shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, and sneakers (be well groomed, neat, and presentable)
Aim to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
Make eye contact with customers
Smile authentically at customers
Speak enthusiastically to customers
Be attentive and courteous to customers
Keep a sense of urgency and hustle when it comes to helping customers
Keep a positive, upbeat personality
Be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively

Job Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintenance of Retro Fitness outlet main floor
Stocking of products/items
Reporting any facility issues to Management/Ownership
Spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, & diamond plating
Disinfecting equipment and upholstery
Facility Dusting
Following company policies & procedures
