This individual will ensure that members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. This role is the face of the gym floor as you are the person a member sees when he or she is working out inside the facility. It is important that this person has a friendly demeanor with a great eye for detail. This position is responsible for the overall upkeep of the fitness floor, equipment, and surrounding areas, walls & mirrors.

Job Expectations:

Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
Arrive for your shift in full uniform: brand approved shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, and sneakers (be well groomed, neat, and presentable)
Aim to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
Make eye contact with customers
Smile authentically and speak enthusiastically to customers
Keep a sense of urgency and hustle when it comes to helping customers
Keep a positive, upbeat personality
Be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively
Active CPR/AED certification preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintenance of Retro Fitness main floor & other areas of the gym if needed
Cleaning and maintenance of
Testing equipment for efficiency
Stocking or restocking of products/items
Lubricating and greasing of circuit training equipment
Reporting any facility issues to Management/Ownership
Spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, & diamond plating
Re-racking of weights
Disinfecting equipment and upholstery
Facility Dusting
Following company policies & procedures

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
