We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Personal Training Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our 12-month personal training plans, driving sales, and exceeding goals. You will work in a vibrant gym environment and must be comfortable with a sales commission structure.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness needs and goals.
- Present and sell our 12-month personal training plans effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Manage your time effectively and maintain an organized and reliable work schedule.
- Be flexible with availability, including working a few hours on Saturdays and during the week.
- Passionate about fitness and knowledgeable about exercise and training.
- Comfortable working in a sales environment and enthusiastic about meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a gym or fitness-related role is a plus.
- Flexible and available to work a few hours on Saturdays as well as during the week.
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop long-term within the company.
- A team player with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of organization and reliability.
