EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, FRANCHISE SALES & DEVELOPMENT
Southeast Florida | On-Site Only

SUMMARY:
A high-growth national gym franchisor, headquartered in Southeast Florida, is seeking a results-driven Executive Vice President, Franchise Sales to lead the charge in scaling the brand’s footprint across the U.S. and internationally. This is a senior executive role for a proven leader with extensive experience in franchise sales and development—spanning single-unit, multi-unit, and territory development—with total investment thresholds exceeding $2+ million per location.

The ideal candidate brings a robust Rolodex of well-capitalized investors, along with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style. This role will work cross-functionally to accelerate new growth while also building strong relationships with the existing franchise community—partnering with them on renewals, investment opportunities, and consolidation strategies to drive overall system growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development strategy across single-unit, multi-unit, and territory development opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified franchisees.
  • Actively build and maintain relationships with current franchisees to support renewals, market growth, and consolidation efforts that improve operational efficiency and brand consistency.
  • Leverage an established network of investors, private equity groups, and family offices to drive development in key and emerging markets.
  • Partner closely with the internal real estate team to align site planning and market execution with franchise sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless and supportive onboarding and ramp-up experience for new franchisees.
  • Maintain a forward-thinking view of domestic and international expansion opportunities, representing the brand with strength and credibility in external development forums.
  • Work with franchisees to identify and facilitate portfolio optimization strategies that enhance long-term growth and unit-level success.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success leading franchise development within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Deep experience in selling high-investment franchise models (average total investment > $2M), with a strong grasp of territory development structures.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing franchisees.
  • Robust network of investor contacts across private equity, family office, and multi-unit operator communities.
  • Experience supporting international growth through partnership formation and market entry planning.
  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive base salary, Commission, 401(k), and health benefits included.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Southeast Florida. Remote or hybrid arrangements will NOT be considered.
