You will oversee Personal Training performance across multiple clubs, partnering closely with Club Managers and PT Sales Managers to drive quality, retention, and revenue consistency.

This is a hands on, in club leadership role for someone who loves developing trainers, improving client outcomes, and building a disciplined, service driven PT model that delivers results. You will be a coach, operator, and thought partner to leaders across the region.

Success in this role means better trainers, stronger client retention, and consistent PT revenue performance in every club.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and coach Personal Trainers on session quality, programming, cueing, and client communication
  • Lead live, in person training days, workshops, and weekly development sessions
  • Train and reinforce dotFIT integration within PT coaching and client journeys
  • Support PT Sales Managers with Welcome Workouts, pacing, follow up, and sales flow
  • Be in clubs at least four days per week shadowing sessions and coaching teams in real time
  • Ensure each club meets key PT standards including WW booking rate, show rate, and close rate
  • Design and lead a Quarterly PT Academy for all PTs and PT Sales Managers in Florida
  • Partner closely with Regional Directors and Club Managers on staffing, scheduling, and execution
  • Track PT performance by club and provide weekly updates to leadership
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Regional PT EFT growth versus budget
  • Consistent Welcome Workout booking, show, and close rates across all clubs
  • Consistently high quality training sessions across the region
  • Strong client retention, renewals, and long term engagement
  • Aligned and capable PT Sales Managers in every club
  • Clear development paths for trainers at all levels
  • Achievement of PT EFT and PIF revenue goals
  • A positive, accountable, and growth minded PT culture
What You Bring

  • 3 plus years leading Personal Training across multiple locations, with demonstrated results in sales, retention, and trainer development
  • Proven ability to coach and elevate trainers at all experience levels
  • Experience running Welcome Workouts, PT sales flow, and retention systems
  • dotFIT knowledge or commitment to rapid certification
  • Nationally accredited PT certification such as NASM, ISSA, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or AFAA
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Expectation to be in clubs at least three days per week coaching live sessions
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership presence
  • You believe great PT is built through coaching on the floor, not just reporting from a laptop

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance based annual bonus paid quarterly
  • Full benefits including company paid employee health insurance
Strong performers will have a clear path into broader regional or multi state leadership within Project Lift.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
