Custodian

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize workout areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces and equipment as needed.
Empty trash and recycling bins and maintain proper disposal of waste.
Refill restroom and cleaning supplies.
Keep floors and high-traffic areas clean and safe.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, spills, or safety concerns to management.
Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
Help maintain an organized and professional appearance throughout the facility.
Perform additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
