Certified Personal Trainer $20k-$80k

Retro Fitness of Freehold, New Jersey is looking for highly motivated and skilled personal trainers for a full time position. Training applicants must be nationally certified (NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc), or possess a bachelor's degree in an exercise related field. Preferably recent college graduates or at least 1 year in fitness training. This position offers a very unique, fair and aggressive compensation model that rewards success.The earning potential is up to $41 per hour. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Must be available to work weekends
• Conducting fitness assessments and orientations
• Selling personal training packages
• Providing exceptional customer service, including a strong presence on the fitness floor, making follow up phone calls to members, and scheduling appointments
• Additional responsibilities may be added dependent on the facility
• CPR/AED required
