We are looking for a Retro Fitness Club Manager to drive club sales, growth, and the customer experience. Club sales include: memberships and training services, smoothie bar, cooler drinks, pro shop, and supplement items. You will be responsible for driving sales through all departments while meeting company goals. In addition, you will oversee your team that will assist in meeting the company goals.

 

Requirements

⦁ Leadership, Sales, and Customer Service experience
⦁ Experience in Managing, Training, and Motivating employees 
⦁ Sound Decision Making and Organizational skills
⦁ Computer, Microsoft Office, and Operating Systems proficiency

 

Environment

⦁ Working environment can range from inside Retro Fitness Outlet to outside in the field prospecting in the local Jacksonville community. 45 - 50 hour work week, with the ability to work Monday - Sunday, if necessary.

This position is supervised by the positions below and in order of: 
⦁ Retro Fitness Operations Manager/Owners

This position supervises the positions below (8 to 10 total employees): 
⦁ Front Desk Staff
⦁ Kids Club - Child Sitting
⦁ Floor-Tech

Responsibilities of a Club Manager

⦁ Overall well-being of the club location
⦁ Driving club revenue
⦁ Managing club budget
⦁ Exemplify and maintain a high-level of professionalism and customer service
⦁ Hire/terminate, train, motivate, direct, and evaluate all front-end employees to meet expectations
⦁ Handling and resolving member and employee issues in a professional and timely manner
⦁ Manage club schedule to ensure proper opening, closing, and shift coverage
⦁ Manage inventory: Ordering, entering, tracking, reconciling, etc…
⦁ Serve as liaison between members, staff, and Operations Manager/Owners
⦁ Ensure that the club meets all standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
⦁ Maintain the reviewing queue and all upgrades/downgrades and membership re-writes
⦁ Work with Head Coach and Director of Training to ensure continuity and club growt
